Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as of March 23, 2014, instructed the U.S. election commission of Ulsan-gun, Seoul-gun, to take part in the election of the members of the constituency in the 6th regional election of Ulsan-gun, Seoul-gun, the Defendant: (a) subcontracted the construction of the structure from F to the Ulsan-gun, U.S. E-gun; (b) but (c) did not receive the construction cost; and (d) the Defendant was willing to threaten the victims to receive the construction cost by using the facts registered as preliminary candidates with the U.S. election commission as of March 23, 2014.
