At around 14:00 on June 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sought the victim E (n, 39 years of age) house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 101; and (b) sought the victim’s neighboring residents, such as F, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts to the victim’s reputation.
