A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on November 7, 2016, the Defendant committed a danger to another person’s life, body, and property by making the Defendant commit suicide within 304 building D, the house of the Defendant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and opening urban gas valves and releasing rubber rink pipes using the kitchen knife with the kitchen knife.

The Defendant committed the instant crime because of the excessive period of suspension of execution due to the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking).

However, the defendant replys to the crime of this case after committing the crime of this case and repents his mistake, the crime of this case leads to an accident such as gas explosion, or does not actually inflict any damage on others, and the defendant has difficulty in driving two legs due to brain color, and the defendant's age, sex and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, and the conditions of sentencing specified in the arguments of this case, such as the circumstances after the crime, shall be considered and sentenced to punishment as ordered.
