Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:45 on September 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found C in order to talk with the Plaintiff; (b) but known, the Defendant did not open the gate; and (c) the victim E, a police officer belonging to the Busan Police Station D District Unit of the Busan Police Station, who was called upon receiving a report from the said C, tried to identify the circumstances of the occurrence of the disturbance, such as walking the gate, and the victim E, a police officer of the Busan Police Station D District, who was called upon receiving a report from the said C, was called “the victim” under the condition that the said police officer, etc. hears the circumstances.

The victim openly insultingd the victim through several times, such as a one-time arbitr.
