At around 01:40 on July 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s house located in Gosung-gun C, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, because he did not take care of the victim; (b) however, the Defendant entered the house in front of the gate beyond the wall that did not open the gate and infringed on the victim’s residence.
