A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a ship of the nationality of the People's Republic of China who works as a father at the new construction site of Sacheon-si C apartment.

The defendant reported to the president that the victim D (the age of 39) who is a Korean national in the same workplace as that in the workplace was late from the defendant's work, and had a good appraisal about the victim D.
