1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff asserted that, on November 24, 2014, the Defendant was liable to pay KRW 29,051,091 to the Plaintiff on September 27, 2012, when it used a credit card with the credit card issued by the Korea C&T Bank on November 12, 1994, and that, on September 29, 2014, the said bank transferred the credit card use-price claim to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant at that time. On November 24, 2014, the credit card use-price interest rate of KRW 29.9% was interest rate of KRW 16,742,010, and the interest rate was KRW 16,793,101, and the principal amount of KRW 29,051,091 from November 25, 2014 to the day of full payment.

In this regard, it is not sufficient to acknowledge the fact that the defendant was issued a credit card from the above bank, and there is no other evidence to prove it. The plaintiff's above assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
