Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2013, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 1k section from the front channel of the rice station located in the Gecheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Jeoncheon-gun, to the night and underground streets of the same Ri, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.062% (Yyoung land).
