Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on May 20, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-ro car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.114% alcohol concentration in a 2m area of the 'Hannam cafeteria located in the Gancheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
