Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant, on the street in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, received a report of 112 that the Defendant was used on the street, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of the lives and bodies of the people, by assaulting him, such as: (a) a police officer belonging to the D Zone Zone District of Mapo Police Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul (E, 56 years old); (b) a police officer belonging to E (E) and F (E) who was called out after receiving a report of 112 that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol; and (c) a police officer’s fright to the left side of the said E; and (d) a police officer
