Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a private teaching institute in the name of "CAD Institute" on the 3th floor of Guri-si.

A person who intends to establish and operate a private teaching institute shall prepare facilities and equipment and register it with the superintendent of education as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, between September 2008 and February 16:20, 2013, the Defendant established two lecture rooms (six seat seat), one hundred thousand won of monthly lecture fees for children aged between 3 and 7, and 50,000 won of monthly lecture fees for children aged between 3 and 7.
