1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) E shall have KRW 25,00,000 against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and KRW 30,000,000 against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) B.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant E is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer concerning the instant building on February 17, 2006.

B. On March 31, 2015, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with Defendant H and the lessor’s name as the broker of Defendant F, who operated the O Licensed Real Estate Agent Office for L on March 31, 2015, setting the deposit amount of KRW 25,00,000, and the period from March 31, 2015 to March 31, 2017, and thereafter resides until now.

C. As to September 7, 2016, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant H and Defendant E under the name of Defendant E as a broker, setting a deposit of KRW 30,00,000, and the period from September 28, 2016 to September 27, 2018, and is residing until now.

E. On April 15, 201, Plaintiff D entered into a lease agreement with Defendant H and the lessor’s name as the broker of Defendant G, who operated the O Licensed Real Estate Agent Office with respect to N on April 15, 201, setting the deposit amount of KRW 28,00,000, and the period from April 15, 201 to April 14, 201, and reside until now.

F. Defendant E claimed that the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with Defendant H who did not have the right of representation (agency) on the pertinent part and demanded delivery.

G. Defendant H and I operated the Housing Management Corporation with the trade name of P as the husband and wife, and Defendant J served as the broker assistant of the O Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
