Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with B, discovered Category D Launa car in violation of the signal on the road prior to the examination site of the Heungdong-dong Magdong driver's license on March 1, 2016, and intentionally caused the contact accident, and on the same day, received KRW 18,330,810 from the damaged insurance companies for four occasions from March 9, 2016 to April 28, 2016, by claiming insurance proceeds as if the traffic accident occurred due to the negligence of the other vehicle driver of the other vehicle. From March 9, 2016 to April 28, 2016, the Defendant received an aggregate of KRW 1,842,170 from the damaged insurance companies for four occasions, such as in the attached Table 1 re-written list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the damaged insurance company in collusion with B, etc.
