A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to obstruction of the performance of official duties, theft, and fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on September 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 19, 201.

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 15:00 on February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 15:00, after drinking alcohol to the D Hospital’s clinic located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, and found the Defendant at around January 2012, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the hospital by force of the Defendant, by means of force, for about 30 minutes, such as threatening the Defendant who performed the surgery at the D Hospital’s clinic; (b) “Chewing years; and (c) taken the surgery at the above hospital’s clinic’s clinic staff and female staff.” The Defendant expressed the Defendant’s desire to “mast, Chewing; and (d) took the disturbance; and (d) took the action, the head of the said hospital’s clinic, who was the head of the said hospital’s clinic, and avoided it.”

2. Performance of official duties;

A.
