1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff)

A. Each entry in the attached Table 1, excluding A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H, of the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs, as street cleaners belonging to the Korea Federation of Labor Unions under the Korea Federation of Labor Unions (hereinafter “the instant trade union”), enter into an employment contract with the Defendant and work as a street cleaners, and were retired or currently in office on each day specified in the “retirement Date” column in attached Table 1.

B. The key contents of each collective agreement between the instant trade union and the Defendant relating to wages from 2006 to 2010 are as follows.

The wage take effect (Article 55) Article 28 (wages) 1 of the 2006 (Conclusion of December 18, 2006) (1) the wages and allowances for union members shall be paid within the extent of the defendant's budget in accordance with the Guidelines for Compilation of Budget of the Ministry of the Interior and the Agreement on Association Organizations.

(2) The wages of U.S. dollars shall be paid by the fifth day of the following month, and if the payment date of wages is a legal holiday or Saturday, the wages shall be paid

Provided, That if the time from 20 days to 20 days before the end of the session, the full amount of the monthly wage shall be paid and the monthly wage shall be paid when the cause of settlement occurs due to absence, etc. from office.

This Convention shall enter into force on September 14, 2006.

Provided, That matters accompanied by the budget shall take effect from January 2007.

Article 28(1) of the 2008 (Conclusion of Contracts on October 23, 2008) (1) The wages and allowances for union members shall be paid within the extent of the defendant's budget in accordance with the Guidelines for Compilation of Budget of the Ministry of the Interior and the Agreement on Organization of the Association.
