On May 7, 2018, the Defendant, around 22:54 on May 7, 2018, committed assault against the victim C (M, 25 years of age) by having the shoulder part of the victim C (M, 25 years of age) who was faced with noise problems in front of No. 102, 1206, 102, and 1206.
