A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Gwangju District Court on September 11, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 17, 2014. On September 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one month of imprisonment for fraud at the same court and became final and conclusive on September 25, 2014.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. On March 18, 2014, the Defendant arbitrarily signed B by stating “B”, “C”, “C”, and “C” in the fee payment account column in the name of the subscriber of the Handphone service contract kept at the Handphone store located in the front city.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of a new contract for Handphone service, which is a private document named B on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.

B. Around the 19th day of the same month, the Defendant arbitrarily signed B by stating “B” and “C” in the name of the reporter in the form of a report on the re-issuance of physical cards kept at the Nonghyup Bank’s Gyeonggi Business Department located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 279.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of a physical card re-issuance application, which is a private document, in the name of B on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.

C. Around the 20th day of the same month, the Defendant arbitrarily signed B by stating “B”, “C”, and “C” in the fee payment account column in the item column of a new contract for Handphone service located at the F store located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of a new contract for Handphone service, which is a private document named B on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.

2. At each time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant submitted a new contract for Handphone service and an application for the re-issuance of a check card to the Handphone store operator and the employees of the Nonghyup Bank, who are aware of the forgery.

3. Events, such as writing, electromagnetic records, etc.; and
