A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence of seizure No. 3 through 7 shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years and a fine of three hundred thousand won for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on September 15, 2017, the Seoul detention center has completed the execution of the sentence, and the same criminal record is five times more.

1. On September 18, 2017, the Defendant discovered the E (S50) 1,50,000 won at the market price where the victim D was parked with a key at C in the southyang-si, Namyang-si, 18:15 on September 18, 2017, and stolen the said key by getting on and getting a stop.

2. On September 22, 2017, from around 19:40 to around 17:00 on September 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in front of the Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) discovered HOba in the market price at which the victim G parked; (c) discovered HObaba in an amount equivalent to one million won in the market price set by the victim G; and (d) stolen the Defendant by walking dong as a key.

3. On September 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim K from a road behind the “I building J” in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si on September 22, 2017; and (b) committed a theft by getting off or getting off a sea-to-land with a market price of at least two million won where the victim K is parked at a speed.

4. On September 23, 2017, around 09:20, the Defendant: (a) discovered a P(CA110V) 600,000 won at the market price set up by the victim’sO in front of the “N” of M 1st, Namyang-si, Namyang-si (hereinafter “N”); and (b) stolen the Defendant by driving a dynamic with a key in possession.

5. On September 23, 2017, the Defendant found 15:49, on the street “R” in Q at Q at Q at Nam-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant: (a) found the victim S’s key and stolen the said key by getting off and getting off a train.

6. On September 23, 2017, around 18:00, the Defendant discovered W (125CC, MIRGE) 3.5 million won at the market price parked by the victim V (125CC, MIGE), and stolen it by walking the starting line with the key in his/her possession.

7. On September 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:55, the market price at which the victim’s Z was parked in X in front of the Namyang-si.
