Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B and A are those who worked as He in charge of construction traffic and disaster management under the control of the general affairs of the office of Eunpyeong-gu Office, and Defendant A was those who worked as I in charge of construction traffic and disaster management under the control of the general affairs of the office of Eunpyeong-gu Office, and public officials who were in charge of the installation, maintenance, and supervision of a disaster forecast and warning broadcasting system in Pyeongtaek-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to receive a bribe in relation to their duties. (2) On the same day, the Defendants received a bribe from “N” entertainment bars located in Macheon-si, Ma, and received a bribe in the amount of KRW 460,000 per capita, such as Yangju-ju, Ann-ju, and Ann-si loan, under the pretext of the case.

The contents of the solicitation was that the company would be in front of the completion of the primary project for the purchase and installation of the above Amyeong-gun disaster forecast and warning broadcasting, and that it would be possible to carry out the maintenance work of the facility for the smooth completion inspection and the repair of defects for the next two years.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to accept a bribe in relation to their duties.

B. “The radio, on August 2012, through the Public Procurement Service, is aimed at dualization of warning broadcasting using the radio frequency of KSF in order to spread a prompt and accurate situation when various disasters, such as concentration, water level increase, etc., occur in the ordinary group of the events of false public documents.”
