Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2017, the Defendant driven a wing-in truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 3 km section from front of the site agricultural materials located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seopo-si to the front road in front of the land and agricultural materials located in the Nam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seopo-si to the front road.

1. Article 152 of the relevant Act and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, and the selection of fines concerning the crime;
