The first instance court.

The grounds the plaintiff asserts in the trial while appealed from the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as that the plaintiff has already claimed in the court of first instance.

In full view of the evidence submitted by the first instance court and the purport of the entire pleadings, the fact-finding and judgment of the first instance court are recognized as legitimate.

Therefore, the court's explanation on this case is identical to the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding the following contents to the "point of the fifth fifth decision of the court of first instance", and therefore, it shall be cited in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
