1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 22,002,50 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from December 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 31, 2013, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract for the incidental civil engineering works of the Jeonju Innovation City A (hereinafter “instant apartment”) from the Kook Global Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”). On April 2014, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with Aelel block (or high pressure block; hereinafter “instant news reporting block”) equivalent to KRW 98,80,820, and constructed on the main floor within the instant apartment complex on May 20, 2014, and issued a warranty bond to the Nonparty Company with the Specialized Construction Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter “Mutual Aid Association”) on August 26, 2014.

B. From May 2015 to December 9, 2016, the Plaintiff requested the Plaintiff to repair defects, including the surface gambling in the instant apartment building 101, 102, and 104 surrounding news reporting block (hereinafter “instant news reporting block”), and the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to repair defects since the defect of the instant news reporting block was supplied by the Defendant, but the Defendant rejected the request.

C. Upon receiving a request for defect repair of the instant news block from the Nonparty Company, the Plaintiff found the “B” company that supplied the instant news block to the Defendant to verify the defect in the instant news block, and interviewed with the head of the C business headquarters of the “B,” and the Defendant’s D. As a result, the reasons for the defect in the instant news block increase in demand for the news block on the ground that the instant news block was at the construction site of Sejong apartment at the time of delivery of the instant news block, and that the Plaintiff immediately shipped and delivered the news block that did not go through the process according to the Defendant’s delivery order.

In the case of sidewalk block, if shipping without going through two productions for a certain period, the surface of the product has broken down only on the surface of wind and mast within a short period of time.
