Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and B are E Rehabilitation Institute Facilities and Employees in Busan Metropolitan City, and Defendant C was an employee of the above E Rehabilitation Institute until June 2015, and Victim F (56) is a person with intellectual disability 1 who lives in the above Rehabilitation Institute.
1. The Defendants’ joint crimes (the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault)) committed on July 2015, within the E rehabilitation source facility and office located in Simsan-si D around 10:00, the Defendant C scam one time, without any special reason, with the victim’s scambling on one occasion, and Defendant A continued to have the victim’s scam “Mak” at one time, and Defendant B also scamed one time with the victim’s scam.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
2. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and B;
A. 3. Defendant A’s crime;
