A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, but not a person handling psychotropic drugs, but purchased, given, received, or administered a penphone as follows.

C. On October 31, 2013, around 17:20, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of philopon clopon clopon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon, which was parked in front of J apartment in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, in the studio of the entertainment tavern, the “L” in the operation of the Defendant’s underground of the K Hotel in Young-gu, Young-gu; and (b) 1-A.

Pursuant to the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased have been administered in a way of mixing them with beer, and the philophones have been administered.

B. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as, around 20:0, the lower order; and (b) No. 1-A.

C. On April 2013, the Defendant is at the same place as the preceding paragraph, around 21:00.
