A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant brought a lawsuit against D (C) who received a legacy from the wife B (B and Korea Name “C”) against the deceased’s will book, etc., and the Defendant presented a medical certificate that D had the spirit of the deceased in the said lawsuit, with the intention to file a false complaint that the said medical certificate was modified.

On May 2017, the defendant had the staff of the above office prepare a false complaint for the purpose of having the above D to be subject to criminal punishment at the E-Attorney's office located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si.

On December 14, 2015, the complaint is filed by the Defendant (D) by altering one copy of the English medical certificate, which is a private document, in addition to the fact that the patient did not have any psychotropic or mental problems, to the above patient on December 14, 2015, issued by the F Hospital G for the purpose of succeeding the network C's property at a non-place.
