A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

이에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 “돈을 모두 주겠다.”고 말하고 돈을 찾는 시늉을 하다가 오른손을 뒤로 뻗어 피고인에게 무언가를 건네주는 척하면서 운전석 문을 발로 차고 탈출하려고 하였다.
