A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

3. The Defendant attempted to larceny with the victim F at around 05:20 on December 12, 2019, at the “G” convenience store operated by the victim in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, calculating the victim’s market price of KRW 1,800, and his name cannot be known, the credit card was dryed to the employee, and the said employee took the credit card as the victim’s 1 disease, while escaping.
