Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:45 on January 2, 2015, the Defendant stated that “The victim B, who enters a 90-one bank Eastern branch in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and after entering a person who is going to find cash in ATM device, “I d am to see why?” and, on the ground that “I am to see why the aging and age of the aged are so big that fested, I am?” the victim’s face is fested by drinking, and walking a variety of bridges, I am to the victim’s face, and then, I am to the end of the right side of the days of future treatment.”
