The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 15:10 on May 21, 2019, the Defendant alleged that the Defendant, while waiting to get free gifts, which are the goods to be offered in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul at “Catt” located in “Catt,” the Defendant committed an assault, such as following the Defendant: (a) having followed the victim, taking the victim’s bath; (b) keeping the victim’s breast part in drinking; and (c) keeping the victim’s breast part in drinking; and (d) having taken the same action in hand, making it possible for the Defendant to take a hand back to the batt, without having to reduce the victim D(84 years of age).

2. According to the records, since the defendant's death on March 3, 2020 is recognized, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 328 (1) 2 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
