A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who had liveded for about 12 years in the victim B (V, 43 years of age) and in the family area of the victim B and C of the Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Gu,

1. The Defendant causing property damage: (a) around July 01, 2018, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the victim who drinks or returned late in the same club activity, and (b) around July 01:00, the Defendant reported the victim’s appearance of drinking alcohol at the victim’s residence and was responsible for the victim’s injury; and (c) caused the victim’s injury to “I am unable to kill even if I am out; and (d) 2 food tablers, which were adjacent to the victim in the process of following the table fright up to the head of the right angle, did not know of the market price of the victim’s possession; and (e) destroyed the front door in a manner that flashsing the air condition with the air conditioners owned by the victim and a flashing the air condition with the air condition so that the market is repaired.

2. On August 2018, the Defendant: (a) drafted the relationship with the victim, and went out of the said victim’s residence; (b) but was doubtful as to whether the victim continued to talk with another male; (c) on September 17, 2018, when entering the said victim’s residence, the Defendant told that the victim’s son was unable to seriously observe the said victim’s residence and intruded into the said victim’s residence, and that the victim’s son was “hicked to keep the victim’s house well.”

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
