Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 5070] On January 21, 2019, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Emergency Medical Service Act at the Daejeon District Court, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on September 30, 2019.

Around 17:00 on December 6, 2019, the Defendant damaged the property of the victim by having the victim talked about the D restaurant operated by the Victim C (FY, 68 years of age) in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, but having the victim’s speech that he would sell the cash from the victim, but he could not know the market price of the victim’s possession.
