A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2016, around 22:50, the Defendant committed assault, such as (a) trying to go out of the district zone, and (b) having attempted to escape from the district zone, and (c) having been informed of the circumstances surrounding the district zone D, and (d) having been informed of a large amount of sound from the police station located in Seoul, China-gu, Seoul, and China-gu; (b) attempted to escape, and (c) having been informed of the situation where the police station belongs, and (d) having been able to take a buck with her hand, and pushing the chest.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties in relation to the arrest of police officers.
