The defendant posted a letter that he sells a mobile phone on the Internet, and tried to acquire money from those who want to report it, as the purchase price for the mobile phone.

1. On July 1, 2012, the Defendant posted on the PC page in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, an article that sells a mobile phone on the Internet NAVD Rogal lux.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell the gallon phone to victims E.

The Defendant received 300,000 won from the above victim, namely, from one bank (Account Number: G) account in the name of a mobile phone purchase price.

2. On July 1, 2012, the Defendant posted on the PC page in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, an article that sells a mobile phone on the Internet NAV D Round.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell the gallon phone to the victim H.

The Defendant received 150,000 won from the above victim, namely, from one bank (Account Number:J) account in the name of the mobile phone purchase price.

3. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant posted on the PC page in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, writing that the Internet NAVVD would sell a cell phone on the gallon Dyl page.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell the gallon phone to the victim K.

The Defendant received 20,000 won from the above victim, namely, from one bank (Account Number: G) account in the name of the F as the purchase price for a mobile phone.

4. On July 3, 2012, the Defendant posted on the PC page in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, writing that the Internet NAVVD would sell a mobile phone on the gallon Dyl page.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell the gallon phone to the victim L.

The Defendant received 280,000 won from the above victim, namely, from one bank (Account Number: G) account in the name of a mobile phone purchase price.
