A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 14, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to five years in Seoul High Court to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, injury, and violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On May 13, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On July 26, 2012, the Defendant, on July 26, 2012, opened the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C apartment 102 Dong 108 on his/her hand and intrudes into the living room. 3. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant, at night, was on the second floor of the G in Mangdong-gu, Goyang-si around 20:00.
