1. The part against Defendant A among the instant lawsuit is dismissed.

2. The Plaintiff:

(a) 1 Defendant I shall be 868,535,888 won and its;

1. Basic facts

A. A trustee in bankruptcy of the Z Credit Cooperatives and the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation filed a lawsuit (U.S. District Court 2002Gahap492) against Non-Party W, Non-Party A, Non-Party A, Non-Party AB, Non-Party AB, Defendant B,C, and Non-Party AY (hereinafter “debtor”). The appellate court of the above lawsuit filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff, including damages (U.S. District Court 2002Gahap492). The appellate court of the above lawsuit is jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff; (124 million won; (3) Defendant A and B were jointly and severally liable to pay the above amount; and (4) Defendant A were jointly and severally liable to pay 5.2 million won out of the amount described in the above paragraph (1) above; and (2) Defendant AB was jointly and severally liable to pay 1030,000 won out of the amount described in the above paragraph (2) above; and (3) Defendant AV and 200,000 won among the above judgment.

B. On April 28, 2005, the bankrupt trustee in bankruptcy of the Z Credit Cooperatives AA and the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation notified the debtor of the assignment of the above claims on June 8, 2005.

C. Non-party W died on November 9, 2009. The inheritor was the Defendant C (Inheritance Shares 3/13) and Defendant D, E, F, G, and H (Inheritance Shares 2/13) who is the spouse. The inheritor was inherited by the Ulsan District Court 2009Mo1287 on December 16, 2009.

Non-party V died on September 19, 2014, and the inheritor is Defendant I (Inheritance 3/7) and Defendant J and K (each inheritance share 2/7) who is his/her spouse. Defendant I is the Gwangju Family Court on August 3, 2015.
