Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2018, around 09:40, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face who was seated in the city bus driver's seat and was sitting in the driver's seat on one hand at the end of the 39 Bank of Korea in front of the Southern-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the victim B (44 years old) proceeding in the front of the city bus and intentionally faced with the left shoulder part of the front part of the city bus.
