Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On January 18, 2019, at around 19:00 on January 18, 2019, the Defendant, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, destroyed cash worth KRW 153,00 in total at the market price of 153,00, by opening the clothes 101 as the key of the victim’s clothes and taking the cresh in which the victim G puts the key of the clothes in a bath room and takes the cresh of bathing in a bath room.
3. On January 22, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 19:20 on January 22, 2019, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, brought the cresh in which the victim H puts the key of the clothes in a public bath room and takes the key of the victim’s clothes in the future; and (b) did not commit an attempted theft, i.e., finding the key of the victim’s clothes 1 in the key to the above clothes in order to keep the victim’s clothes and to steal the property.
On January 7, 2019, the defendant of "2019 Highest 121", around 19:00 on January 7, 2019, the defendant of "D male escape room No. 141, which is located in the second underground floor of the building C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and the victim I put the key of the clothes in a bath bath room and takes a bath.
