The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 13:05 on February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim’s head portion on one occasion, and three times the part of the victim’s hand on three to four occasions, using a walslish color with three to four walslances, i.e., the victim D (the victim 75 years of age) collected himself/herself who is going to a usual senior welfare center; and (b) the victim D (the victim 75 years of age) collected himself/herself who is going to a usual senior welfare center.
