Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with labor for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 27, 2016.

On May 1, 2015, at around 14:10, the Defendant believed that C business owners, the victim of which had no intent or ability to pay food value to C, even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay food value, and he/she promptly delivered 15,000 won in Spanish social and 15,000 won in Spanish social, and 17,000 won in Spanish and acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
