1. The Defendant is at the rate of 15% per annum from June 11, 2016 to the date of full payment for the Plaintiff’s KRW 64.6 million.

The fact that the Plaintiff lent 64.6 million won to the Defendant on December 3, 2015, 16.2 million won on the same month, 20 million won on the 21st of the same month, 5 million won on the 21st of the same month, and 5 million won on the 4.6 million won on the 5th of Apr. 11 of the same year is not a dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 60 million won and the amount equivalent to 15% per annum under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 11, 2016 to the full payment day, as requested by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the grounds of the reasons above.
