1. The defendant shall pay 48,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim: The sum of the amounts loaned to the defendant from February 10, 201 to May 20, 201 shall be KRW 48 million on February 10, 2011; KRW 8 million on August 14, 2013; KRW 15 million on November 5, 2013; KRW 1 million on April 28, 2014; KRW 13 million on March 31, 2014; KRW 1.5 million on April 7, 2014; KRW 500,000 on April 5, 201; KRW 500,000 on May 17, 2014; and KRW 500,000 on May 25, 2014;

In relation to this, the Defendant’s right to collateral security is established with a maximum debt amount of KRW 30 million on the real estate owned by the Defendant. However, the Defendant, without paying the above amount, sought payment of the said amount and the amount at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.
