1. Basic facts

A. B is the owner of the ground C’s housing in Daegu-gun District (hereinafter “instant housing”), and the Plaintiff is the husband of B.

B. On February 23, 2006, Daegu-gu District Court applied for electric consumption pursuant to the installation of a deep field boiler, which was implemented as a resident support project at the Defendant’s Daegu Branch, to the Defendant’s Seoul-gu Branch, and on February 27, 2006, filed an application with the Defendant for electric use with the Defendant, one of whom is the Defendant, as the electric consumers, and the forest control power (hereinafter “forest control power”) as the internal contractor.

C. The Cream Power, upon obtaining the Defendant’s consent, was engaged in the installation of the stove electric boiler room in the instant house, and the stoves from electric poles to the said s to the said stove boiler room.

On March 24, 2016, at around 04:30, a fire was occurred in the rear part of the said stove electric boiler room, and the said warehouse, the heart electric boiler room, the electric boiler, the static boiler, the stoves, the 2-mags, and all other house equipment and fixtures destroyed considerably.

(2) The facilities from the Han Power Supply Facilities to the point of supply and demand shall be installed and owned by Han Power Supply Facilities.
