1. At around 09:40 on August 14, 2018, the injured Defendant: (a) expressed a defect that, even if the noise was anticipated for the neighboring resident E to proceed with the internal construction of the Defendant, the Defendant sought understanding even if noise was generated, and (b) closed the door; (c) from E, the injured Defendant opened a door of the Defendant’s house, opened a door, and opened a door to the Defendant’s house, and embling the victim’s face by hand three times with the victim’s face, the victim’s name was damaged by 14 days, and other head parts, which require the victim’s treatment for about 14 days.

2. On October 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence, who was a substitute driver at the Defendant’s office, brought an objection to the problem of return-to-work vehicle and gets off the business more early than normal; (b) while drinking alcohol at the victim G (Nam, 49 years of age) and inside and outside the entrance, the Defendant at around 09:30 of the same day told the victim that “I will know about how much she would be fighting if I fight, I will do so; (c) I string down the body of the victim; (d) fall the victim’s head on the top of the inner decoration; and (d) fall the victim’s inner seat with the victim’s inner seat; and (e) cut the victim’s inner seat by assaulting the victim’s inner seat; (e) cutting the victim’s inner seat to the right-hand seat; (e) cutting the victim’s inner seat; and (e) cutting the victim’s inner seat to the left-hand seat.
