A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2019, at around 19:10 on October 27, 2019, the Defendant: C, in front of the East Sea, was d(47 years of age) and francing with the victim D (47 years of age) in front of the road; the Defendant: (a) released a part of an empty fluor in the vicinity to the floor; (b) broken the shoulder fluor’s view, which is a dangerous object, to the victim; (c) put the victim into the left part of the victim; and (d) fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s left hand and fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim of a shouldered soften's disease, which is a dangerous object, such as dumping the left-hand body in need of treatment for about five weeks.
