1. The Defendant shall deliver the building indicated in the attached list to the Plaintiff, and deliver the said building from November 8, 2014.

Description of Claim

On November 8, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant as KRW 3 million, KRW 300,000,000 per month, and KRW 12 months for the lease term. Since the lease contract was terminated on November 8, 2014, the above lease contract was terminated on November 8, 2014, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 300,00 per month from November 8, 2014 to the delivery date of the instant building: Article 208(3)3(a) of the Civil Procedure Act (Service by Public Notice).
