2. Judgment on the plaintiffs' primary claims

A. The plaintiffs' assertion 1) The defendant C is the contractor of the instant construction, who is the operator of the instant construction, and is F and lessee from the defendant D. The defendant D leased the instant excavation search machine to the defendant C, who is the contractor of the instant construction, together with F, who is the driver of the instant construction. As such, the defendant D and C, as the user of F, are liable for the damages suffered by each deceased and the plaintiffs due to the instant accident.
