A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, on November 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a boiler room, which was not corrected at the victim D’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) intruded with an inner bank, and cut off the boiler, which was owned by the victim, at all times, the Defendant used a single head of the NA (Account Number E).

2. Larceny;

A. On November 26, 2014, at around 22:08, the Defendant: (a) entered the NAFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, located in the Ulsan-gun branch of the NNAFFFFF, located in 130-ro, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (b) withdrawn KRW 20,000,000, in a cash payment instrument managed by the Ulsan-gun branch of the U.S.FFFFFFF.

B. On November 26, 2014, around 23:27, the Defendant: (a) placed the head of the Tong, the ownership of which was stolen, as referred to in paragraph (1) at the Ulsan-gun Branch of the NHF Bank; (b) withdrawn KRW 200,000,000, in a cash automatic payment machine managed by the Ulsan-gun Branch of the Agricultural Cooperative Federation established at that place; and (c) stolen the passbook.

C. On November 27, 2014, around 12:29, the Defendant: (a) placed the head of the Tong, the ownership of which was stolen, as referred to in paragraph (1) at the Ulsan-gun Branch of the NHF Bank, in the cash automatic payments managed by the Ulsan-gun Branch of the Korean Federation of the Victims, and withdrawn KRW 100,000,000,000.

On November 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) posted the passbook owned by the Defendant, as prescribed in paragraph (1), at the Ulsan Military Medical Center located in Ulsan-gun 119, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, 119; (b) released and stolen KRW 5,000,00, in a cash payment machine managed by the Ulsan Military Medical Center established at that place.
