From July 2012, A operated a lending company by employing Defendant B, etc. as an employee from around July 2012 to around 108 Dong 1201, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and Defendant B, along with F, G, and H, took charge of the distribution of the leased advertising site or consultation with those who need loan funds.
1. The Defendants engaged in the unregistered credit business, in collusion with F, G, and H, did not register the credit business with the competent authorities on August 1, 2012, and carried out credit business by means of lending KRW 1,00,000 in total amount of KRW 20 times from that time to December 26, 2012, under the condition that I, who is the applicant for the loan, would be paid a total of KRW 30,000,000 per 40 times over a total of 10 days, from that time, to December 26, 2012.
2. The Defendants, in collusion with F, G, and H on August 1, 2012, at the place under the foregoing paragraph (1) of the same Article, received interest at a rate exceeding the statutory interest rate of 174.1% per annum from the said I in excess of the statutory interest rate as above, and received interest over 20 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
3. Advertisement of credit business may be run only by a credit service provider, etc.
The Defendants, in collusion with F, G, and H, did not register with the competent authority as prescribed in the above paragraph (1) and did not appear to be credit service providers.
