A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2016, the Defendant sentenced 10 months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) in the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the above punishment on June 30, 2017.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - From around 18:00 on February 9, 2019 to around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) received 2.2 million won out of the above 2.4 million won from the E located in Incheon Jung-gu and then arranged for the purchase and sale of the textphone from F to C by receiving 10,000 won of the purchase price of the textphone from F and delivering 10,000 won to C in the vicinity of Incheon Jung-gu.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - around 02:56 on February 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from C to receive KRW 200,000 from H convenience store located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (b) delivered the said KRW 200,000 from E located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (c) sent the said KRW 200,00 to F; and (d) assisted the purchase and sale of the opon by delivering the opon volume of the opon to C before Jung-gu, Incheon.

3. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoon) - The Defendant, at around 00:00 on March 24, 2019, administered in a way of inserting the volume of phiphone in a single-use injection machine in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and dilution with water, and then injection in the Defendant’s arms.

4. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring) - The Defendant possessed phiphonephones in the place indicated in paragraph (3) around March 25, 2019, which contains approximately 0.07 g of phiphones, carried them by the Defendant.

5. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) - The occupation of smoking;
