A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade or smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

"2019, 463"

1. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana at C Hospital ATM equipment located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and at least KRW 180,000,00 as the purchase price was deposited in the D Bank account (G) in the name-discepted from the former Internet E site, as instructed by the sale of hemps. Since then, the Defendant purchased marijuana at least KRW 1g of hemps in the air conditioner room located in the Gu-Si, Sungnam-si, the place where the said person was notified of the fact-finding, and then purchased marijuana at least twice from around that time to March 1, 2019, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. Around 03:00 on February 9, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana more than five times in total from around that time to March 4, 2019, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2) including: (a) smoking of marijuana by inserting about 0.5gs in a tobacco dog in the bend of the Defendant’s residence located in Michuhol-gu Incheon City, Incheon, by inserting approximately 0.5g of the hemp in a tobacco dog; and (b) inserting the smoke by inserting it into a dog with a smoker; and (c) smoking of marijuana over five times from that time to March 4, 2019.

1. Around June 14, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana more than twice from around 2019 to June 27, 2019, in total, from around 2019, within the vehicle of the J (K) stopping in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, remitting KRW 403,90 to the former J’s corporate bank account (K) in the form of the purchase price for marijuana, and purchasing approximately 3gs from the hemp to the J in the form of the purchase price for marijuana, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form (3).

2. On October 2019, the Defendant of marijuana: (a) in such a manner that he/she inhales the hemps into pipes and inhales the smoke of the hemps in the residence of the Defendant in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, who is a policeman.
